Return Policy and Refunds
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Return Request: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request a return. Approval is at our sole discretion.
- Return Costs: If a return is approved, you are responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees, customs charges, and any additional expenses.
- Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns that show signs of damage, use, or improper packaging may be refused, and no refund will be issued.
- Refund Process: If a return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will only be processed after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions:
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Digital products (such as downloads, digital music, etc.) are not eligible for return or refund.
Digital Products
Digital products, such as music downloads, are delivered as .mp3 files with a sample rate of 44.1 kHz. Music files are sent via email in a .zip archive. Videos are delivered in 1080p resolution and are also sent via email. These files will only be made available on or after the official release date of the song or album. All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs for all orders will be calculated and added at checkout.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary. While we strive to deliver within 15 business days, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge the possibility of delivery delays.
Shipping for Packages Over 20 KG
Orders exceeding 20 KG require special handling and an additional shipping fee. If your order exceeds this limit, please contact us before purchasing to discuss shipping arrangements and costs.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customs duties, local taxes, or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any additional charges imposed by customs authorities in your country must be paid by you.
