Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following policy when booking a service. 1. Booking & Payment - Appointments must be booked at least 45 days in advance. - 50% of the total service cost must be paid 45 days before the appointment. - The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 14 days before the appointment. Exception: If you wish to book less than 45 days in advance, you may request an exception. This depends on availability and may include an additional fee. For example, booking 10 days in advance is possible, but only with approval and added cost. 2. Cancellation Policy - More than 45 days before the appointment: Free cancellation. We appreciate early notice to help us reallocate your time slot. - Between 45 and 14 days before the appointment: Cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost. - Less than 14 days before the appointment: Cancellation will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost. 3. No-Shows Failing to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost. 4. Rescheduling - Rescheduling is possible but may incur fees depending on how close your request is to the appointment date. - Contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. 5. Why Do We Charge These Fees? When you book an appointment, we reserve time, staff, and resources just for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent others from booking and disrupt our planning. This policy allows us to offer the best possible service to all clients. 6. Additional Notes - By booking, you agree to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy. - In case of extenuating circumstances, please contact us! We’ll do our best to help. - Victor Vanderstraeten reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any time and issue a full refund. - By booking, you also agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on www.victorvanderstraeten.com.
